We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why a few of our Temporary VIP Housing apartments are pet friendly.

Guidelines

  • Two pets maximum (dogs only)

  • Small to medium breeds allowed.*

  • $300 pet deposit ($100 for second pet)

    *Breed restrictions may apply. Contact office for complete details.

Tenants who have been approved to rent a pet-friendly unit will need to complete the Pet Addendum Form (link below) and pay the pet deposit fee.
